About the Event

Eight nationally renowned women leaders in the media who meditate gathered on April 16, 2015, in New York City to raise awareness about the benefits of the evidence-based Transcendental Meditation technique for overcoming stress, improving performance, and enhancing work-life balance in their lives. This rebroadcast of the proceedings provides unique insights, humorous anecdotes, and solid scientific research about a simple, widely practiced meditation technique that can positively transform your own life, as well as the life of your family and even your company or organization. Proceeds from the roundtable discussion are being used to bring Transcendental Meditation to women and their children who are survivors of violence and abuse. Broadcast time: 67 minutes
