Executive Staff
Adam Friedman
Vice President, Programs and Research
After a fun but ultimately unfulfilling career as an advertising copywriter, Adam left the corporate world to work for a series of social service providers that help homeless individuals, formerly incarcerated men and women, domestic violence survivors, and individuals receiving welfare benefits. While he did witness some amazing transformations, he found that many well-intentioned social service interventions fail to lead to positive outcomes. He concluded that a main reason is that they do not adequately address the effects of traumatic experiences that have shaped many of their clients' lives. Adam believes that Transcendental Meditation works like a magic wand to address trauma and could be the missing link to help social service providers affect lasting change in a greater percentage of the people they serve. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of this effort.
Adam also likes to juggle knives.

Senior Vice President, Operations
Prior to joining the David Lynch Foundation, Jenni spent more than thirty years in the arts and cultural sector. She also led operations and administration at MoMA PS1, a contemporary art museum affiliated with the City of New York and MoMA; the Hammer Museum, which is part of UCLA; and the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She holds her Bachelor of Arts in Social and Visual Psychology from Cornell University, where she was a College Scholar in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Adam Pressman
Director of Media Production and Development
Since an early age, Adam was fascinated with the visual arts. Adam held summer jobs working for NBC News, ABC News, and Guggenheim Productions in Washington, DC, and holds a degree in Radio, TV, and Film from Northwestern University. Adam's deep interest in Transcendental Meditation led to nearly 30 years of advanced study and globe-trotting adventures teaching meditation. As a founding member of the David Lynch Foundation, Adam joined his love of visual media with his passion for “diving within.” Adam's greatest joy is in meeting and interviewing people whose lives are being transformed through the work of the Foundation, and sharing these incredibly inspiring stories with the world.

Message from David Lynch
I started Transcendental Meditation® in 1973 and have not missed a single meditation ever since. Twice a day, every day. It has given me effortless access to unlimited reserves of energy, creativity and happiness deep within. This level of life is sometimes called “pure consciousness”—it is a treasury. And this level of life is deep within us all.
But I had no idea how powerful and profound this technique could be until I saw firsthand how it was being practiced by veterans who suffer the living hell of post-traumatic stress and women and girls who are survivors of terrible violence.
TM is, in a word, life changing for the good.
In 2005, we started the David Lynch Foundation for Consciousness-Based Education and World Peace to ensure that every child anywhere in the world who wanted to learn to meditate could do so. Now, the Foundation is actively teaching TM to adults and children in countries everywhere.
How are we able to do it? Because of the generosity of foundations and philanthropists and everyday people who want to ease the suffering of others—and who want to help create a better world.
If you don’t already meditate, take my advice: Start. It will be the best decision you ever make.
